 . It appears the SPL did not intervene and may have encouraged the situati
 on while recording it with his cell phone. When Raul approached the area
 —where the scouts were not authorized to be—the SPL stopped the alterc
 ation\, deleted the video\, and instructed those present not to discuss th
 e incident.Shelby received the initial report on Monday from a parent who 
 requested anonymity. Since then\, Shelby Gieschen\, Jay Gregg\, and Russe
 ll Bishop have interviewed the scouts involved and documented the incident
 . Our Scout Executive has been notified\, and the appropriate paperwork is
  being filed.The purpose of this meeting is to review the findings and det
 ermine appropriate disciplinary action. There is no scout meeting schedule
 d for Monday night but the VFW is available for our use. This is to be an 
 Adults only meeting\, please do not bring any youth. We are asking that th
 e Scoutmasters also attend. Given the circumstances\, we believe it is imp
